Poor Fit and Misleading Customer Support

I ordered a pair of Vessi shoes and followed the sizing chart, opting for a size 6. They were too snug, so I returned them and ordered a size 7. Unfortunately, the size 7 also felt tight. I reached out to customer support, and they assured me the shoes would stretch over time. Following their advice,

I wore them out, but they did not stretch as expected, and by the end of the day, my toes were aching. When I contacted customer support again, they said nothing could be done since the shoes had been worn—despite them previously telling me to wear them to help with the fit. Buyer beware – these shoes never adjusted, and now I’m stuck with a pair I can’t wear.

A disappointing purchase and a waste of money.
