the worst purchase

I purchased the hair helper spray and eyebrow serum from this company, and I must say this was the worst purchase I ever made; not only did the hair helper spray, which was to enhance growth, make my hair greasy and extremely heavy, requiring me to wash my hair every day! I tried this product for several weeks before notifying the company by email of my disappointment. I received a response telling me I needed to use the product for 120 days. After sending them (2) more emails requesting an address to return the products and a full refund, I finally received an address. I had to pay $12.75 to return the products to TryBello as they do not offer a prepaid label back to return. The products were received by TryBello, and on the fifth day, I received an email stating they were refunding $75.00 of the $99.95 I paid for the hair product. NOTHING was mentioned about the refund for the eyebrow serum. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I hope sharing my experience will save someone from the same costly mistake
