I will never order something from there again

I wish someone had told me too. I'm currently fighting with them for my money back on an item I ordered. They want to offer me a coupon. What am I gonna fo with that. I will never order something from there again

Do not order from this company. The garments do not comply with US legal

Requirements (no country of origin label, no content label). The quality is poor. And they claim their return policy is to shop items back to China. Fraudulent behaviour.

BUYER BEWARE

They won't ship, won't refund and will whine and cry and make excuses. Never seen anything like it.

Do not buy anything from them! The pants were way too large, not sized correctly and of poor quality. I have been going back and forth with them since June. They will not accept my return and keep saying they will refund my money and have not.

My son ordered 2 hoodies from this company 2 months ago. We have yet to receive them. I reached out to support in the email they offer however they responded once and since then I have sent four additional emails no response. These people are taking folks money. I wish me and my son had seen the reviews before we decided to support them. Looks like they been doing this to folks. Beware do not order from here.

Waiting, waiting, waiting

I ordered a sweatshirt my granddaughter wanted for Christmas on Dec. 5 According to their tracking it was shipped, but I am still waiting for it to arrive. It is 12/29. The tracking site keeps saying in transit. China…LAX…now where is it? Waiting, waiting, waiting.

Dont buy from this place

They take forever to respond to emails about products you ordered. Website says takes 3-5 business days for most products, yet I placed an order Nov 29 and it never shipped until Dec 20th. I have yet to receive the item and it's now Dec 28th. Will not order from here again

Edited to add: Product came and was not the right thing and wouldn't even fit my 10yr and it was intended for a 15yr. They keep offering me coupons instead of my money back. I have been back and forth with them since the beginning of Jan.

Edit: Feb 29th and I get an email saying their accounts are frozen due to alot of transactions, after then continuously trying to offer me coupons to buy more junk instead of giving me my money back. Dont buy from this place
