Disappointed with Faulty Product and Poor Customer Service"

I purchased a rowing Machine 3 months ago, I have been unable to use it as there is an issue with the electronic component that measures strokes time, etc.

I have contacted this company and although I have received a response, there has been no solution to my problem. The reason is, I can’t provide an order number.

I have taken pictures of my machine, I have given them my name and address for the shipping took place and yet they refused to solve or even help me in regards to this issue.

I would never recommend this company, their products, finally their lack of customer, appreciation and concern as well as service to anyone do not support this company or buy their products.
