Took a month to recive my items. No response to calls or emails in reference to delay. All of their positive reviews are spam.

placed my order November 30th. tracking information was bogus. shows absolutely no movement. after multiple attempts to reach someone in customer service,(email, FB messenger, Live Chat and a phobe call) I gave up and opened a case with PayPal. magically the next day someone responded to my email. they admitted that my item should have been received by now. so a "new order" was submitted but I never received tracking information...even after reaching out in my email chain. I am leaving it in PayPals hands now. I just want my money back at this point.

*edit* funny how Look Human can spam my inbox with ads for merch but can't spam my inbox with a response to customer service

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Promised production/shipping times are no where near accurate. My order took a little over a month to arrive. In that timeframe, I emailed the company multiple times concerned since the site clearly says turnaround is about 10 days, I received no answer to my emails.
