no response to 3 emails

placed order 9 days ago. no response to 3 emails as their info page says they will respond within 2 to 3 days. no response to emails. the page just started March 4th. would not recommend. cancelling order through credit card company today. sad as they have nice linen clothing options. update went to PayPal to cancel. there is another email address to use. they have note expressing small business just starting be patient. sent email. will advise if I receive a response.
