Instacart is lying about tip protection for drivers. Ive contacted and spoke with several agents. I was just on the phone with a supervisor. After I stated what was on their website she hung up and never called back

Buyer Beware

 Buyer Beware : Instacart locked me out of my account as I wouldn’t provide my biometrics (photo of the front and both sides sides of my face) They refused to refund my $99 membership fee that I paid for the year unless I submitted my biometrics. I had been a customer for years, nothing had changed, and the reason they provided was that “this was for my protection”. I’m sure they are violating others 1ST Amendment Religious Freedoms.
