NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

When you order from their size chart they decide what to send you. Wife ordered 3xl and they sent 2XL. We figured we did something wrong so we ordered them again. Same thing happened they sent 2XL after we both checked order and we ordered 3xl. Called customer service and he said that they sent what they thought we wanted. The representative then said if we wanted 3xl then we need to order 4 xl. Go figure NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

They send the wrong product and then you have to pay return shipping! That’s one package.

The other package, none of these pants that are targeting seniors to buy as the most comfortable pants ever are ridiculously mis-sized! I just bought pants similar to these before I ordered these and in my size and they are even loose. These stretch active pants are way too small and super long in length when they advertise them and I ordered them as “short” on my order. Again, they expect me to pay return shipping. These crappy pants are direct shipped from CHINA! I don’t see where they advertise that they are direct shipped from CHINA. I would have never ordered them in the first round place!

Don’t waste your money

I ordered my size in the lined pants for cooler weather in XL when I received them I tried one on and couldn’t get them up my legs. I contacted customer service so I could return them. They said to keep them and they would send me new ones. I received the new ones which was 5XL. They also did not fit also. This time I called the customer service center and was told I could not return them as they come out of a warehouse and they are not returnable

My experience with this company was not good at all. Don’t waste your money on this place. You won’t get a refund from!
