Disappointed

It’s really frustrating when a product doesn’t live up to expectations, especially when it’s from a brand known for quality like Bonobos. After just 3-5 uses, pilling is a sign that the fabric quality might not be up to par. I drove back to the Bonobos store (1hr away from me) to express my disappointment and see if they offer a refund or replacement. They typically have good customer service, so i thought they might be willing to make it right. It ended up being for nothing.

I followed the cleaning instructions to the letter even washing each shirt by itself.

I have spent thousands $ and now I’m second guessing my decisions!

Returned 2 pairs of jeans ordered online. Rec’d email saying I got credit for 1 pair of jeans.

I have opened 2 ‘cases’ online for info on the second returned pair — ZERO response —- and with no phone number it’s crazy!

Service chat is never available

My husband ordered a golf shirt a few weeks ago, it arrived with the front of the shirt sewn to the back. He's been unable to initiate a return or replacement as this shirt was listed as a final sale. It seems that an exception would be made for a defective product, though. The customer service chat is never available on your website, he's been unable to reach anyone on the phone, and his emails have gone unanswered. How might we go about reaching an actual person to solve this problem?

last order had damaged

Was a big fan of Bonobos but last order had damaged and wrong measurements pants. Current order is lost in transit. Bonobos has not been helpful in resolving.
